Today we are lucky to sit down and talk with NHS staff and respiratory physiotherapist Emma. Emma is a client at SPC and is on the frontline of the COVID-19 crisis. Dealing with the most vulnerable and high risk patients, Emma talks us through; Her experiences, the risk factors, what we can do to stem the spread and protect ourselves and how, given everything, she is managing to stay fit and healthy.
